I can't resist a library ladder - especially one for the bar like they have at the Kickin' Boot in Ballard. Not to mention, the Bloody Mary comes with a brisket skewer!
Saturday's lunch: kale and chocolate chip cookies. I like to think I live a relatively balanced life.
Is it just me, or are the spiders bigger than ever this year? On the plus side, the bugs have been scarce!
We planted our tomato starts way late this year. (Thanks for the starts, Rachel!) These two little guys are all the action we've seen. I've got some great ideas to put the fragrant tomato leaves to good use ... stay tuned!
