your brain on bubbles


Have you read this Forbes article yet? A little bubbly certainly goes a long way to elevate the mood, but who knew it also gave your brain a boost? It turns out that "one to two glasses of Champagne a week can help ward off age-related memory loss as well as the onset of dementia and other degenerative brain disorders."
